These terms apply to every order placed on realabs.co. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.

realabs.co is operated by TenEight Company Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 74853130), trading as Realabs. Registered address: Room B, 5/F, Shell Industrial Building, 12 Lee Chung Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong. Email: support@realabs.co. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean TenEight Company Limited.
Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including what is in the box. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real thing. Please follow any age guidance and safety warnings shown on the product page and on the packaging.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include the product only; shipping is shown separately at checkout. If the site shows a price in another currency, it is an approximate conversion — payment is always taken in US dollars, and your bank sets the exchange rate. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details. Prices can change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — if we do, we refund you in full. You can cancel an order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched.
Shipping
Tracked shipping is a flat $3.98 USD per order. We pack orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes about 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders sent outside the country of dispatch may attract import duties or taxes, which are set by the destination country and payable by the recipient. Full details: Shipping & Returns.
Returns and refunds
Every order comes with a 180-day money-back guarantee from the day it is delivered. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with everything they came with; change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days and we replace or refund it and cover the postage. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing here affects the statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
Intellectual property
The Realabs name, the product names, and the text, images and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy them without permission.

Governing law
These terms and every order placed on this site are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
